I have the best job in New York City, simple as that. I’ve been transforming my clients into fitter and healthier versions of themselves. As a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, I use a more holistic and practical approach to fitness. I believe that looking after your body is the most important thing you can do for yourself, but you have to be mentally ready for it. Fitness can and should be fun and non-intimidating. I'm well-versed in a variety of formats from Weight Training to Pilates. I've worked with both male and female clients ranging from 18-71, building them up to the best version of themselves.
