This Summer, join me for a restorative Pilates and Yoga retreat at the breathtaking Menla Resort & Spa in Phoenicia New York—a sanctuary nestled in the Catskills where nature, movement, and deep rest meet.
Over a long weekend, we’ll move with intention through mindful Pilates and soulful yoga practices designed to strengthen the body, regulate the nervous system, and create space to breathe again. Expect thoughtfully curated classes, moments of stillness, nourishing meals, spa time and the kind of connection that happens when you step away from daily life and come home to yourself. This retreat is an invitation to reset, recalibrate, and return home feeling grounded, strengthened, and deeply restored.
Experience Menla’s unique wellness facilities. From Dewa Spa to fully equipped yoga and movement spaces, fitness room, and hiking trails, there’s so much to do. Explore the surrounding Catskill Forest Preserve with guided hikes, river rafting, swimming, horseback riding, and more!

Menla’s elegant deluxe private rooms and suites with en suite bathrooms can accommodate one to four guests each.

I understand every individual has different needs and I want you to pick and choose from my classes, activities at the resort and wellness services.
Schedule some in-reaort spa services, relax by the Pool, go for a swim in the lake, head to the town for local dining, shopping & kayaking or just enjoy a moment of relaxation in the beautiful surroundings and accommodations.
Listen to your own needs and desires and act accordingly to ensure a truly meaningful experience.

MORE INFO:
Cancellation Policy: Deposit amount is non-refundable. A deposit amount of $500 is required upon booking. The balance of the total amount due is payable no later than June 30, 2026. Failure to pay the balance of the total amount due will forfeit the booking and forfeit the deposit. Should you wish to cancel your participation 60 days or less before the start of the retreat, 100% of cancellation fees are applied.
