ABOUT ME

Growing up in Brooklyn,  I started out as

a ballet dancer at the age of 5, so dance

has always been my first love.  I participated

in some sports throughout my school years,

but I always came back to dancing. After I

graduated from the University of Maryland College Park, I spent many of my years modeling and even performing in the theater. It was during my performing years that I became more serious about fitness and working out.  I was in the gym almost everyday.

But that momentum came to a halt when I

was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  After

multiple surgeries, Cancer meds and a bout

with depression and PTSD, I decided it was

time to get back to someone I resembled.

I joined a gym, started taking classes and

lifting weights to build a stronger me.  It was then that my fitness journey really started to blossom.  I fell in love with the way my body and confidence was transforming. Even more so, I fell in love with the instructors and trainers that pushed me every day...and I wanted to be

that same inspiration to someone else.

6 years later, here I am!  A Personal Trainer and a Fitness Instructor in multiple formats.   It's not the life I envisioned for myself...it's even better!

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong mind and fit body. Mental health is an important part of your fitness journey.

My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout,  every class and every life event...it can be difficult trying to navigate all of that on your own.

And I hope you  allow me to take that journey with you!
